Eco-Safe Announces New Bio-Terror Decontamination System for U.S. and Local Governmental Agencies (12/12/2011)

LOS ANGELES, CA (Dec. 12) - Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce the new Hazmat Systems product-line. These systems address a top priority for U.S. Government Homeland Security and local Hazmat teams throughout the country. This launches the company into large and existing markets around the country where first responders require and deserve the best available technology to fight bio-terrorism. The company will be accepting orders for its first new, Made in America, portable and patented system in early 2012.

At a Biological Weapons Convention last week in Geneva, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spoke about the threat of biological attacks, saying the warning signs were "too serious to ignore." She further identified the risk of a bio-weapons attack as "a serious national security challenge."

Michael Elliot, Eco-Safe CEO, said, "Secretary Clinton's remarks are very timely in regard to a product development project at Eco-Safe. For nearly two years we have been working with local and national governmental agencies to develop Hazmat Decon systems to deal with biological contaminants. Ozone is the most powerful broad-spectrum decontamination agent available, and inactivates biological weapons agents such as anthrax, ricin, and nerve toxins."

According to Mirat Gurol, a researcher who received a National Science Foundation grant to study ozone's effectiveness against anthrax, "It's not a matter of whether or not it will work, because we know that ozone is the best weapon to fight anthrax."

Elliot continued, "One of our systems is currently deployed with one of the nation's elite Hazmat response teams. Hazmat Ozone disinfection will find application throughout our country's first responder networks. A full patent application for Eco-Safe's first Hazmat system was submitted in the summer of 2011 to the U.S. Patent Office. We look for this to be one of our flagship applications in the new year."
